Animal Analytics ("we", "us") is a small digital studio run by an individual in India. These terms cover every site under animalanalytics.in and the services sold on them, including SeenByAI audits and ModelWars.
We sell digital products and services: AI visibility audits (SeenByAI), novelty web experiences (ModelWars), and demo/commissioned websites. Service descriptions, deliverables, and timelines on the relevant pages are part of these terms.
Prices are shown on each service page and are in the currency stated there (INR for Indian buyers, USD for global buyers). Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Razorpay for India, or the payment provider shown at checkout for international buyers). Taxes, where applicable, are included or added at checkout as shown.
Custom-delivered services (audits, commissioned builds) are generally non-refundable once work has started or the report is delivered. If we fail to deliver what was described, write to us and we will make it right — including a refund where fair. ModelWars votes are contributions toward an entertainment experience and are final and non-refundable.
Don't abuse the sites: no scraping, no attempts to break them, no spam through the contact forms or chat, and nothing illegal. We may block access for misuse.
Site design, copy, and branding are ours. An audit report or deliverable you paid for is licensed to you for your business use — you may not resell or republish our templates, methods, or reports without permission.
Services are provided "as is". Audit advice is our professional opinion, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, or revenue. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any service is limited to what you paid for that service.
We may update these terms; the current version lives on this page. Continued use of our sites or services after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts having jurisdiction over our place of business in India.
