Refund Policy

1. Custom services (audits, commissioned builds)

These are made for you, so they're generally non-refundable once work has started or the deliverable is sent. If we fail to deliver what was described — wrong scope, missed deadline with no communication, or a report that doesn't match the order — we'll fix it or refund you. Fair is fair.

2. Digital products and templates

Downloadable products are non-refundable once accessed, unless the files are broken or not as described. If something doesn't work, tell us and we'll replace it or refund you.

3. ModelWars votes

Votes are contributions toward an entertainment experience and are final and non-refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Write to kuberopsai@gmail.com with your order details and what went wrong. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

If you paid through a payment provider, you also have their dispute process. We'd rather hear from you first — it's faster for both of us.
